When we design and build a website, WCAG guidelines aren’t just a checklist we check off at the end — they help influence every decision from the very beginning. Accessibility starts with YOU, the website owner, and extends to an accessible platform, an accessible theme, structure, fonts, colors, and code. Most website owners don’t realize how many of those choices are already made for them, often poorly. We help you make informed decisions across all aspects of your website: platform selection, design, development, testing, and ongoing monitoring. So, when someone who uses a screen reader, navigates with a keyboard, has low vision, or has cognitive differences visits your website, it works as expected. That’s not an accident. It’s the result of conscious decisions we make along the way.
Your investment may qualify for up to $5,000 in IRS tax credits
Under IRC Section 44, eligible small businesses (under $1M revenue or fewer than 30 employees) can claim a non-refundable federal tax credit covering 50% of qualified accessibility expenditures — up to a maximum credit of $5,000 per year. Additionally, IRC Section 190 allows businesses of any size to deduct up to $15,000 per year for accessibility improvements. Website accessibility work — including audits, consulting engagements, accessible builds, and compliance monitoring — qualifies. Both incentives can be used in the same tax year. Ask your CPA about IRS Form 8826.

Accessible Website Design

WCAG guidelines help shape the layout, components, and every interaction, but WCAG is just a starting point; it is not the ceiling for accessible websites. Your new website includes an easy-to-understand accessibility report and a genuine accessibility statement that accurately reflects your accessibility journey.
Accessibility Audits
We evaluate your website against WCAG guidelines using both automated tools and manual testing, including keyboard navigation, screen reader functionality, and cognitive clarity tests. You will receive a prioritized report detailing what we found, why it matters, and what actions are needed. We provide transparent and honest recommendations. No pressure, no agenda. We simply make suggestions. What you do with them is entirely your choice.
Accessibility Consulting & Planning
Starting your accessibility journey can feel overwhelming — you’re not alone. Accessibility planning isn’t one-size-fits-all, and it shouldn’t feel like a fire drill. We begin by understanding your organization: what you have, who’s involved, and what’s realistic. From there, we create a clear roadmap with priorities, real deadlines, and a training program your team can actually follow. No overwhelm. Just a plan that moves you forward.
Hosting & Maintenace
Your website changes — new content, theme updates, and new plugins — which can all introduce new accessibility issues. We stay with you on a monthly basis, running ongoing accessibility scans and manual testing to catch new issues as they arise, hosting and maintaining your site. Finally, we produce reports so you clearly understand your website’s accessibility status. This ongoing investment may also qualify for an annual ADA tax credit.

We’re all people, and we all experience the world a little differently. Some of us read with our eyes, some with our ears. Some click, some tap, and some get around the web with a keyboard, their voice, or a switch. For a few people, that’s a preference. For plenty of others, it’s the only way in.
My approach is common sense backed by years of hands-on work — practical solutions, no jargon, nothing overcomplicated. What I’ve learned is that helping an organization become more accessible comes down to four things: listening, planning, patience, and following through.
